Mergio provides hosted workspace infrastructure, dashboard access, billing flows, and orchestration for Hermes agents.
Features may evolve as the product changes. Some plans or integrations may be marked as coming soon.
Accounts and billing
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account email and for activity that occurs under your account.
Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel from the Billing area in Dashboard.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mergio to violate laws, abuse third-party platforms, compromise systems, send spam, or process data you do not have the right to use.
We may suspend access when usage threatens the service, other users, or legal compliance.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the content, configuration, memory, and data you provide to your workspace.
You grant Mergio the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and support your workspace.
