Information we collect
We collect account details such as email address, authentication metadata, subscription state, and billing identifiers needed to operate the service.
Workspace data may include Hermes configuration, platform connection settings, skills, memory, logs, and usage records generated while your agent is running.
How we use information
We use this information to provision workspaces, authenticate users, process billing, provide support, secure the platform, and improve reliability.
We do not inspect user prompts by default to operate the hosted service. Access to workspace data is limited to the systems and authorized support workflows needed to provide Mergio.
Third-party processors
Mergio uses third-party providers for payments, hosting, observability, email, and authentication. These providers process data only as needed for their role in the service.
Stripe is used for checkout, subscription management, invoices, and the customer portal.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, billing, and workspace data while your account is active or as required for security, compliance, and financial records.
