Mergio is a hosted platform for Hermes Agent, the open-source AI agent framework developed by Nous Research. Normally, running Hermes Agent means buying a VPS, installing dependencies, configuring API keys, setting up a Telegram bot, and keeping every component online. Mergio handles all of that for you. After you sign up and pay, you get a link to your personal Hermes control panel. From there, you can configure your agent's personality, connect Telegram, install skills, schedule tasks, and use every Hermes Agent capability without touching a terminal.

- If your workspace status shows Failed, contact support with your account email and we will reprovision it.
- If the workspace is not created yet, confirm that your subscription payment completed and check for a Stripe receipt.
- If the Hermes Dashboard link does not open, refresh the page and click Open Hermes again to refresh the dashboard token.
I paid but my workspace is still not active. What should I do?
Workspace provisioning usually takes under a minute. If it has been stuck for more than 5 minutes, email support with your account email.
How do I connect my agent to Telegram?
Once your workspace is active, open Hermes and go to Settings → Platforms → Telegram to follow the connection steps.
What AI model powers my agent?
Mergio uses DeepSeek models to power Hermes agents. No model setup is required.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Open Dashboard, go to Billing, and use the Stripe customer portal to cancel. Your workspace stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each agent runs in an isolated workspace, and your conversations, memory, and skills belong to you.
